Synopsis

Saya’s uncle reappears years after abandoning the family. In an attempt to make amends, he offers Saya’s mother the money he won through gambling to help her cover the expenses.

Saya’s mother is scheduled to leave on a business trip, leaving her daughter home alone. That same night, the doorbell rings — it’s her uncle. He asks if he can stay the night, saying he couldn’t find a vacancy at any hotel. Reluctantly, she agrees.

The man then takes advantage of the days he’ll spend alone with his niece.
